The Mad Dogs use the artistic Wacom Cintiq 12WX interactive
pen display (tablet) for creating drawings like pencil and paper but
this is done with a digital pen instead that produces a digital signal
that goes directly onto our computer (vector or bitmap style) or we use
the Wacom Cintiq 12WX tablet for photo manipulation of our old
scanned slides, photos and such. An image, such as the sample above of
Dean (taken in 1981) was unusable as the background was blown out
(overexposed & too bright). We decided to use a nicer background (from
another photo made on the same trip to the Canadian Rocky Mountains).
All said and done, a photo that otherwise would have
been discarded is useable after some simple photo adjustment using our Wacom Cintiq
12WX and is suitable for framing. The Wacom Cintiq
12WX tablet is very easy to use and is a very useful tool to have. We
will post more information of the tablet in the near future.
