We have just received our GastroFlex baking mold today from

Take any bulk store brand mat and push into the silicone with
your finger. See the little white streaks that appear? Those are
traces of questionable fillers and are usually the source of
off-tastes and noxious odors when you bake in them. Now take a
GastroFlex mold and do the same thing. No white streaks, no
fillers, nothing but 100% food-grade silicone.
